Bathroom Remodeling
Small rooms, unforgiving tolerances.
Overview
A bathroom is the most technically demanding square footage in a house. Waterproofing, ventilation, slope and substrate all have to be right before anything beautiful can sit on top of them.
We build bathrooms from the substrate up: proper blocking, correct slope to drain, a continuous waterproofing membrane, and ventilation sized for the room rather than for the code minimum.
Tile is set to layout lines drawn on site, so cuts land where they should and patterns run true through corners, niches and curbs.
The finishes — stone, brass, glass, warm wood — are selected to age gracefully in a wet room rather than to look new for one season.

Why It Matters
What you get out of it.
- Waterproofing detailed to last decades
- Ventilation sized to the actual room volume
- Tile layout planned rather than improvised
- Fixtures serviceable without opening walls
Cost and duration depend entirely on the property, the scope and the selections. We give you a real number after we have seen the house — never before.
Typical Process
How this kind of project runs.
01
Survey
We open enough of the room to understand what is behind the tile before committing to a scope.
02
Design
Fixture selections, tile layout and niche placement are drawn to scale so nothing is decided on site.
03
Build
Rough-in, inspection, waterproofing, setting, then finish — with a wet-test before tile goes down.
04
Handover
Glass is installed last, the room is sealed, and we review maintenance with you.
