Kitchen Remodeling
The room that sets the tempo of the house.
Overview
Kitchens carry more demands than any other room — storage, circulation, ventilation, light, and the social weight of being where everyone gathers. We plan them around all of it.
Most kitchens fail for structural reasons before they fail aesthetically: a walkway that is four inches too narrow, an island that blocks the dishwasher door, an outlet that forces a small appliance into the only useful stretch of counter.
We resolve the plan first — clearances, work triangle, appliance swing, ventilation runs — and only then move to cabinetry, stone and hardware.
The finish work is where the craft shows: scribed panels, mitred stone edges, drawers that close on a whisper, and lighting layered so the room works at 7 a.m. and at 9 p.m.

Why It Matters
What you get out of it.
- Circulation and clearances planned for real use
- Storage designed around what you actually own
- Layered lighting for prep, dining and evening
- Materials chosen to wear well, not just photograph well
Cost and duration depend entirely on the property, the scope and the selections. We give you a real number after we have seen the house — never before.
Typical Process
How this kind of project runs.
01
Assessment
We measure the existing room and confirm what can move — walls, plumbing stacks, ventilation runs.
02
Plan & Selections
Cabinetry drawings, stone slabs, hardware and appliances are confirmed as one coordinated package.
03
Build
Demolition, rough-in, inspection, cabinetry set, templating, then finish — in a sequence that avoids idle weeks.
04
Detailing
Alignment, reveals, hardware adjustment and lighting balance are dialled in before we call it done.
